many options helpful staff positive attitude skipped room strange question late service

the breakfast had many options. i found something new to try each day. the reception staff were polite and helpful, at least that was my experience. i especially appreciated fotini, she was positive and assisted me with all my requests.

the housekeeping skipped my room on the second night.

weak water pressure lukewarm cooked items

the water pressure in the shower was weak we stayed on the fifth floor it was difficult to have a proper shower i also found the cooked items at breakfast only lukewarm which was not very appealing. the selection felt limited

i really liked the atmosphere . the reception staff was very polite and helpful at all times! fotini at reception was positive, and she helped with everything i asked. i used the reception services often.

the cooked items at breakfast were only lukewarm. it made me avoid them after the first day.

the location is perfect with restaurants all around. easy access to the port is available and the hotel is near many cafes and a supermarket. the old town is also a short walk away.

fresh towels polite staff great variety

The room was tidy with fresh towels. The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast had really good guest service with great variety. I appreciated the low prices but still reminded me of a nice hotel.

The reception wasn't very helpful AT ALL causing me a lot of stress.

The rooms were very very comfy and tidy. The breakfast offered a diverse and high-quality selection. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful service from everyone at the reception. amazing!

The noise level at night was a bit high. It sometimes made sleeping difficult before 11 pm, so I would have liked better soundproofing.
